Here Bernard van den Berg competes with Steve for the most random comments during the mid-'90s Black Velvet sessions at the Out of the Blue studios.  Incidentally, the good folks over at the Manchester District Music Archive alerted us to this photo of the same studios, just two years later.  Sadly, Out of the Blue suffered a 'legendary' fire during the time that Sub Sub (later to become one of Manchester's finest recent bands, Doves) were recording here.
